Our electricity tripped out about 8pm and kept on doing so. No lights, no heating, in the middle of winter. Phoned for help and was told someone would be with us within 30 mins. Ken arrived in 20mins and Nick arrived 10 mins later. They traced the fault to a chewed wire in the loft. Not easy as it is all boarded. They worked through to 11.30pm to complete the repair.
